Founder
Tania M. Barber
A “teenage mother,” “domestic violence survivor,” growing up on the “government welfare system” in a single parent home, Tania overcame becoming a product of her environment. Rising from the government system; she rose from switchboard operator, to President & CEO of Caring Health Center, Inc., a multi-million dollar agency, to becoming the Founder and Pastor of Living Water Global Ministries and most recently growing to a business entrepreneur, launching EST.HER, LLC, a speaking, training, mentoring, coaching firm. Tania’s life experience and accomplishments have birthed her passion and purpose; to add value into disenfranchised women preparing them to become the leaders they were born to be.

Growth
The architect and edifice of leaders are strong pillars carrying the weight of others, upholding, and supporting one another. Leaders impact the lives of others through imparting knowledge. You cannot give what you do not have inside of you. As leaders, we must ALWAYS grow enlarging the place of one’s mind; “a wise man is full of strength, and a man of knowledge enhances his might.” (Proverbs 24:5).Stretch your intellect and imagination by acquiring knowledge through the continuous process of “Leaders:”

in a mastermind group setting to become effective leaders. “Let the wise hear and increase learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance” (Proverbs 1:5). EST. HER, LLC was designed to help you grow. By increasing your knowledge base and establishing and strengthening your self-image you will become the confident leader you are destined to be.
Influence
What type of person do you want to be? When people see how you are, how you speak, and how you behave, will they want to be like you, imitate you, follow in your footsteps? Influence is a gift that others give you. Relationships are essential. Are you relatable? We need to relate to people so that we may influence them. People follow those who they can trust. A person of influence is selfless, and giving, always adding value to others. “Do nothing out of self-ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interest of others.” (Philippians 2:3). How can you add value to help make the lives of others better? Start by becoming a better you; become a person of influence.
Leadership
We want to shape the fabric of your being to help you set sail windward toward a point exactly in line with the direction you were created for. Provide you with the leadership tacking techniques, the balancing action to avoid simply drifting downward but rather alternating the course moving upward to reach a particular point in life where you are leading and not following. “Where you are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, the lender and not the borrower.” (Deuteronomy 28:13). A good leader should harness the power of their wind: Wisdom In Nurturing Determination strengthening others propelling them to go forward, unleashing the hidden potential within. Leadership is the ability to move people forward despite the close hauls of uncertainty, obstacles, and opposition. It is the course of windward—least resistance. The forces of the drag (Determination, Resilience, Attitude, Gain) and the pressure from the wind (Wisdom In Nurturing Determination) pushing against the person to help move them forward.
